Until recently, Raised Access Floor UFAD Plenum Air Leakage Testing (PALT) has been an architectural event. Leakage rates were based on an installed linear footage calculation. In today’s LEED Certification, Green Building, and energy efficient World Market, UFAD is a full-blown MEP Event. We have perfected a quantifiable, accurate, and repeatable pressurization leakage testing and remediation protocol that stands up to the rigorous HVAC Commissioning UFAD pressurization installation requirements, both for new and existing UFAD installations. Our tailored approach and unique skill set has proven successful through numerous projects in the field of UFAD construction and installation.
